Founded in 1994 by Drs. Benny Basri, located in Medan, Multatuli Group also owns subsidiaries Sumatera Utara. MMTC and PT. CBD Polonia. Some of our Major projects are :

In the year of 2000 - 2001 we had built nearly 1,000 units of houses in many locations. As for our property development in MMTC project, which is located in the Pancing Street, we emphasize on building shop-houses, trade centers, hotel, water recreation center and housing. In addition, Year 2009, the company provides additional 2000 units of housing for charity.

Presently, our ongoing project is the CBD Polonia. We will build about 1443 units of Shop-houses in an area of approximately 337,000 Meter Square (33,7 Ha), and with the Jakarta Wholesale Shopping Mall, International Trade Center (ITC) in it. The site of the present Polonia Airport Medan will be replaced with Five-Star Hotel, School, University and Convention Center.
